Where can I get a wedding album made with the really thick pages, without having to pay the ridiculous prices?
I have purchased the rights to my wedding photos from the photographer. $7000 total. She and other photographers offer albums with really thick pages. Not thin like a magazine but thick hard board like material that limits the number of pages in the album. She refers to the albums as Italian Albums but I suspect that that term refers merely to the leather covers and not the whole album with thick pages.Prices start at $2000 and go up dramatically. Where can I shop online that will allow me to upload my photos, design the album pages and choose the cover without having to pay ridiculous prices. Sort of like services offered by Shutter-fly, Snap-fish and Walgreen’s.
The Italian albums you refer to sound like they may be from Graphistudio, who make the entire album in Italy. They are very good, but expensive. Check their website and see for yourself.
That being said, there are many other approximately equivalent album producers around; try looking for ‘Wedding Books’.
