Using the show on cable Minolta XG-M 35mm SLR?
I just bought a cable release for Universal, with the tip of the screw thread on ebay for my Minolta, but I have not ever used before. My question is that when I press the shutter button should be able to see the mechanism to activate the camera shutter as it does when not in the way of light bulb? So are the son with the size of standard cable outlet? The shutter button on top is that I believe electric. The camera shutter is released, without batteries well. When you press the end of the cable outlet Universal (cable presses a switch chamber) should draw the curtain and the mirror just as the button top. The view will become the mirror again, then back mirror, and you can see the issue again. In bulb mode, the mirror is stable and dark and the shutter is open until you press the trigger (button). Your eye must perceive the movement mirror short trip time (1 / 1000 seconds), as they reflect the travel time is relatively independent of time of exposure of the film (determined by the width of the slit curtain, not the speed down.) Agitation appears normal, until the threaded screw is tight.
